Our Programmes

Undergraduate Learning Support Programme (ULSP)

Undergraduate Learning support programme is a scholarship and mentorship programme for male Muslim undergraduates. The scholarship programme provides a four-year Islamic mentorship and academic support, in the form of stipends to selected scholars in a bid to enhance the building of an academically excellent student with strong Islamic background.

ULSP is open to fresh undergraduate students, medical students just crossing to medical school and student in their second year of a five-year programme.

Scholars exit the scholarship and mentorship programme after their four-year period while also graduating from their higher institutions or proceeding with their studies. New intakes are done once in a year with call for application released for intending applicants to submit their application for the scholarship. The applications go through levels of screening culminating in the interview of shortlisted applicants prior to final selection.

Undergraduate Learning Support Programme Female (ULSP)

Undergraduate Learning Support Programme (Female) is a scholarship and mentorship programme for female Muslim undergraduate students who demonstrates excellent academic abilities. The programme provides Islamic mentorship as well as academic support, in the form of stipends, to selected scholars in a bid to enhance the building of academically excellent students with good Islamic and moral background.

Scholars exit the scholarship and mentorship programme after their four-year period while also graduating from their higher institutions or proceeding with their studies. M-First Leadership Training (M-First Series)

M-First series is a leadership program design to groom and re- orientate Muslim First-Class Graduates in Nigeria. The overarching goal of M-First Series is to enhance scholastic and impactful future for first class Muslim graduates. The series ultimately prepares them for future career challenges and guides them to a purposeful future.

The series has specifically aim to develop critical thinking skills of first-class Muslim graduates as required for success in their core competences for an excellent career performance, impact the basic leadership knacks, negotiation skills and ethical attitude of workplace that are often neglected but very essential for a successful career.

The series further aims to expose scholars to global opportunities that will cascade their progress in the shortest possible span of time. It will also imbibe the ethical teachings of Islam that stands crucial in building incorruptible and highly impactful professionals

M-First Series holds once in a year. Application is often scholarship is open to all first-class graduates from Nigerian universities. Applications are screened and qualified applicants are often interviewed before final selection is done.

FCM Foundation Board Scholarship (FBS)

FCM Foundation Board scholarship is a scholarship and mentorship programme for female Muslim undergraduates in sophomore or penultimate years. The scholarship includes one-time monetary support and a one-day mentorship session for selected scholars.

FCM FBS aims to engender and further entrench the practice of excellent academic performance and attainment among female Muslim students. The Scholarship also aims to increase the number of female Muslim students graduating with first class degree in Nigerian universities. The scholarship is open once in a year and applicants are screened in various levels before selection is done

Student Mentorship Programme (SMP)

The Students' Mentorship Programme is a mentorship programme that drives undergraduate students towards academic excellence and prepares them for future career fulfilment. The programme creates a supportive and enriching environment for students by exposing them to experienced mentors and experts who provide guidance and encouragement as they navigate their academic and future professional journeys.

Applications for SMP is open to sophomore and penultimate year undergraduates. The application opens once in a year and qualified applicants are screened prior to selection.

Indigent Students Scholarship (ISS)

ISS is a debut mentorship and scholarship programme for senior secondary school students (SS1 and SS2) with a view to facilitating the Islamic, leadership and academic development for selected students. The programme is particularly focused on indigent students with good academic potential.

The scholarship includes monthly training sessions as well as academic materials and learning kits support. These include provision of fees for terminal examination (WAEC, UTME, NECO e.t.c), textbooks, school kits (notebooks, uniform, school bag, stationaries among others).

Students Empowerment and Education Development (SEED)

Students’ Empowerment and Education Development (SEED) Scholarship is aimed at empowering and providing support to Nigerian university students, through provision of financial support for one full academic session, to enable them focus on learning and self-development.

The project also offers an added mentorship programme in which the students will complete an Academic and Career Development Curriculum (FCMF-ACDC) designed to sustain excellent academic performance and imbibe career skills into the students. The ACDC is delivered through a monthly three-hours mentorship session to a total of nine (9) mentorship sessions.

This scholarship is implemented in partnership with, and sponsorship from, Human Appeal, United Kingdom.
